Affacciata sul suggestivo porto di Padenghe, sul Lago di Garda, Villa Garuti e' un meraviglioso hotel 4 stelle rinomato per le sue eleganti suite, l'ambiente rilassante e il bellissimo parco. A seguito di una recente ristrutturazione, l'hotel ha scelto di installare un sistema di rivelazione incendi ad alte prestazioni. L’obiettivo era di garantire la massima sicurezza a tutti gli Ospiti e al Personale, rispettando l'estetica sofisticata e lussuosa della struttura e riducendo al minimo i potenziali falsi allarmi.  

 

Il progettista antincendio Stefano Pezzaioli dello Studio Tecnico FUTURA PROJECT di Montichiari (BS) e l'esperto installatore Ervin Peza, titolare della ELE.CO Srl, hanno collaborato per fornire una soluzione antincendio su misura per le esigenze uniche di Villa Garuti. La loro meticolosa pianificazione ed esecuzione li ha portati a scegliere l'avanzata gamma di prodotti Hochiki.

 

 

 

 

Il sistema installato comprende:

LATITUDE 6 Loop: Questa centrale potente e modulabile fornisce all'hotel una base solida e affidabile per il sistema antincendio. La sua capacita' di loop garantisce la connessione e la gestione efficiente di più dispositivi. 

La piattaforma Latitude e' ideale per il settore alberghiero, la sua modularita' permette al sistema di adattarsi facilmente a future espansioni o modifiche senza richiedere una revisione completa dell’impianto, e questo rappresenta naturalmente una soluzione a lungo termine ed economicamente vantaggiosa. La diagnostica avanzata e l'interfaccia user-friendly di Latitude semplificano inoltre la manutenzione e riducono i potenziali tempi di inattivita', fondamentali per un'operatività ininterrotta dell'hotel.

 

DISPOSITIVI INTELLIGENTI ESP : (rivelatori, pulsanti, avvisatori acustici e VAD): I dispositivi ESP (Enhanced System Protocol) di Hochiki offrono numerosi vantaggi per gli hotel. Following a recent comprehensive renovation, the hotel prioritised the installation of a high-performance fire detection system. The key objectives were to guarantee the utmost safety for all guests and staff while seamlessly integrating with the hotel's sophisticated and luxurious aesthetics, minimising the potential for disruptive false alarms.  

Fire alarm designer Pezzaioli Stefano from Studio Tecnico FUTURA PROJECT in Montichiari (BS) and the expert installer Ervin Peza, owner of ELE.CO Srl, collaborated closely to deliver a fire safety solution tailored to Villa Garuti's unique needs. Their meticulous planning and execution led them to select Hochiki's advanced product range.

 

The implemented fire detection system features:

Latitude 6 Loops: This powerful and scalable control panel provides the hotel with a robust and reliable foundation for its fire safety infrastructure. Its loop capacity ensures that multiple devices can be connected and managed efficiently, offering comprehensive coverage across the entire property. For the hotel industry, this scalability means the system can adapt to future expansions or modifications without requiring a complete overhaul, representing a long-term and cost-effective solution. The advanced diagnostics and user-friendly interface of Latitude also simplify maintenance and reduce potential downtime, crucial for uninterrupted hotel operations.

 

ESP Intelligent Devices (Sensors, Call Points, Sounders and VAD): Hochiki's ESP (Enhanced System Protocol) devices offer a multitude of benefits for hotels. Their intelligent nature allows for sophisticated detection algorithms, significantly reducing the likelihood of false alarms caused by steam, dust, or cooking fumes – a common concern in busy hotel environments. ACC-EN multi-sensor: Enhances safety by combining both optical smoke and heat detection capabilities.This makes it particularly useful in hotels, as it can respond effectively to a broader range of fire conditions, providing quicker and more accurate alerts to protect guests, staff and property. 

Both of the above sensors integrate seamlessly with Hochiki's ESP protocol for efficient and addressable fire detection systems.

 

Black Sensors (Wellness/Spa Area): Recognising the importance of aesthetics in the hotel's wellness and spa area, which features dark ceilings throughout, the installation team opted for Hochiki's black sensors. This thoughtful choice demonstrates how Hochiki's product range caters to specific design requirements without compromising on safety. By seamlessly blending with the dark ceiling, these sensors maintain the sophisticated and relaxing ambiance of the spa, ensuring that safety measures are discreet and do not detract from the guest experience.
